Kalidas was a banker for more than a decade working across the globe in various assignments with HSBC and ICICI Bank.
At ICICI Bank, he joined the bank’s Treasury where he worked on a number of fund raising exercises, notably to support the reverse merger of ICICI Limited with ICICI Bank. He has also worked with ICICI Bank in London, where he was Regional Manager, in charge of banking relationships of ICICI Bank across Europe. He was involved in several syndications for East & Central European banks. He was also involved in facilitating cross border trade between Europe and India.
In his last assignment he was working as Associate Director in Global Markets team at HSBC. He was part of the institutional sales team looking at fund raising for Indian corporate via Rupee Loan market, External Commercial Borrowing and the bond market. He was also involved in fund raising by Indian banks from the dollar bond market via MTN route.
Kalidas has experience in structuring and executing complex fund raising structures through Securitisation, CDs, CPs and Bonds. He has supported fund raising by Indian Banks in the Dollar Bond market via MTN programs.
Kalidas is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and holds a B.Com degree from University of Chennai.
Sandeep Kumar Jain
Sandeep has over 13 years of experience with Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen & Associates. In his last role, he was working in the Transaction Advisory team serving Corporate and PE Clients in various transactions.
Sandeep also has extensive experience in cross border transactions and has worked on engagements originating from India in USA, Latin America, Australia, South East Asia etc and inbound transactions originating from Europe, USA, China and Japan. His experience spans across various industries including Technology, Communication, Education, Media, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Services etc.
Sandeep is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Com degree from the University of Chennai.
Vishal has an experience of more than a decade operating across private equity and technology services.
Prior to joining InteQuant Advisors, Vishal worked with Baring Private Equity Asia where he was responsible for the fund's investments across technology, telecom, energy and infrastructure sectors. He successfully executed various growth and buyout transactions for the fund in India and South East Asia. Vishal actively managed portfolio companies and was also instrumental in advising on the exits that the fund had in India.
Prior to joining Baring Private Equity Asia, Vishal worked with Kotak Private Equity where he worked on several opportunities across technology, infrastructure and life sciences sector. Before this, Vishal worked as a developer with Infosys Technologies Ltd where he was involved in designing and developing technology systems for financial services clients in USA.
Vishal is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi.
Madhan has been a corporate banker for more than a decade working in various assignments with HSBC, IndusInd Bank and IDBI Bank. He has experience across working capital, corporate loan, term loan in FCY and INR, trade products, hedging, supply chain management and cash management.
At HSBC, he was managing a portfolio of relationships across business segments which include MNCs, large corporates and mid market enterprises in South India. He was responsible for growing the loan book from his clients. He also played a key role in recovery from a few stressed accounts. He grew up the ladder from Assistant Manager to Vice President in HSBC.
In his last assignment at IndusInd Bank he was working as Senior Relationship Manager in the mid market enterprises (MME) space. He played a key role in enhancing the customer base of IndusInd Bank in the working capital segment.
Madhan is an MBA from ICFAI Bangalore and holds a B.E. degree.

In his last role, he was Head - Investment Banking at Mumbai based firm Transwarranty Finance.
He has also worked with PwC, Elara Capital & L&T Infra in their IB divisions. Has successfully closed several deals in Consumer, Industrials, Healthcare & Financial services space
Mr B A Prabhakar, aged 61 years, is a commerce graduate from the University of Mysore and a Chartered Accountant.
He retired as Chairman and Managing Director of Andhra Bank in August 2013 after serving various banks for about 37 years.
Prior to that he had served as the Executive Director of Bank of India for a period of little over 3 years. Before that, he had served at Bank of Baroda. Currently he is serving as indepedent Director in L&T FInance.
Co-founder & partner at Amicus capital partner – a sector agnostic early stage Growth Capital fund.
Prior to this he was the Managing Director at The Carlyle Group looking at growth capital investments from US$ 30 mn to US$ 75 mn.
He is a CA, CMA by profession and has served at Ernst and Young and Arthur Andersen in the Mergers and Acquisition, Private Equity and Re-Structuring Domain of the firm.
Ms. Shubhalakshmi Panse is former chairperson of Allahabad Bank with over 3 decades of Banking experience.
Prior to that, she served as the Executive Director of Vijaya Bank and General Manager at Bank of Maharashtra.
She was part of RBI committee on Payment Banks and also serves as a Director at Federal Bank,
Cholamandalam Insurance and India Infoline, among others.
